5:30 AM, just got off from my shift. Although I only had 2 calls tonight, it was still stressful due to the news that was given to us - the team members might get reshuffled.

Currently I'm working on a billing account. But because of the changes in the account, it has been decided that members of the team will be reshuffled and some will even be put under the dreaded technical support account. The criteria for who will be transferred will be based solely on the schedule adherence of each call center agent. And given my status when it comes to schedule adherence, I'm more or less sure that I will be one of the people who will be put to the technical support account.

You could say that the news is not-that-good and to be honest, I can handle this kind of change. What eating me up right now is that they won't have a decision not until 3 to 4 weeks from now.
